It's hard to believe that another year is coming to an end already. I for one can say that I have been very busy and am starting to see the market turn around.

Yes, there are still plenty of homes on the market and prices haven't been going up, but the goods news is things are actually starting to stabilize.

The foreclosure market has given those looking for an investment property the opportunity to spend some of the cash they had on the sidelines, since it is still too expensive to buy gold as a hedge against inflation. With the number of people looking for rental properties (as some homeowners are forced to make the decision to walk away from their homes that have dropped in value and can't be refinanced), now may just be the time to purchase that investment property.

If you or someone you know has been waiting to find the right property to buy, give me a call and I will be happy to begin the search with you. I can still be reached at 410-726-4260 or sharon@sharoncurtiss.com

Below are some tips to help save you on energy costs as we get ready for winter as well as other money saving ideas. Hope you enjoy and have a Happy Holiday Season.
